Initial consultation – €50 (credited if you activate a plan)
1:1 session of 30–45 minutes: level, goals, realistic timing and the best path. If you activate a plan within 7 days, the €50 is credited on the first payment.
What we do
- Current level analysis: photos, training history, numbers and assessments.
- Goal definition and realistic timeline (recomposition, strength, competition).
- Plan suggestion: BASE/PRO/RACE coaching, 3‑month programs or diet + supplements.
- Q&A on specific doubts (competition, injuries, recovery time, diet).
How the credit works
The consultation costs €50. If you activate a plan within 7 days, €50 is credited on the first payment (BASE/PRO/RACE coaching, 3‑month programs or diet + supplements). No generic free call: I dedicate real time and concrete data.
If you don’t activate, you still get clear guidance on plan, timing and priorities.

Booking, service start, and withdrawal
The consultation reserves a dedicated slot and is not a generic discovery call. If you ask us to start the service during the withdrawal period and the consultation is fully delivered, the amount paid is not refundable.
If you withdraw after the consultation has started, a proportionate amount may still be due for the service already provided, within the limits of applicable law.

If the consumer asks for the service to start during the withdrawal period and the consultation is fully performed, the right of withdrawal is no longer available; if withdrawal happens after the service has started, a proportionate amount may still be due for the part already performed, within the limits of applicable law.
